A suite of transport-management and supply-chain apps built for major Saudi clients — drivers, vendors, and suppliers — each with real-time tracking, mapping, and multi-language support. I owned the complete lifecycle of every app: architecture, development, CI/CD, release, and support.

The Challenge

Five-plus client projects running in parallel across logistics, supply chain, and e-commerce — each with its own brand, backend, and deadline — delivered by one engineer acting as both lead and developer, partly under wartime disruption.

Results

  • All five apps live on Google Play, serving enterprise operations daily.
  • Zero missed deadlines and zero critical downtime — including releases shipped during wartime conditions.
  • The shared foundation cut new-app delivery time dramatically across the suite.

The Approach

  1. 01Designed a reusable component and architecture base (BLoC, service locator, shared design system) so each new client app started at 60% done, not zero.
  2. 02Integrated Google Maps live tracking, geofencing, QR scanning, and GraphQL APIs per client requirements.
  3. 03Shipped full localization for Arabic, English, and Urdu with RTL-correct layouts.
  4. 04Instrumented every app with Crashlytics and Mixpanel; used the data to drive performance fixes.
  5. 05Ran client demos, requirements sessions, and feedback loops directly.
